Hello!
We are so excited to have you in the salon!
Whether it will be your first time with us, or you are returning, here are a few of our salon policies:
LATE TO APPOINTMENT
If you will be late, please let the salon or your stylist know ASAP so they can plan accordingly. If you may be more than 15 minutes late, your appointment could be cancelled. If you are more than 10 minutes late to an appointment with a duration of less than 1 hour, your appointment could be cancelled. This is to ensure our stylists are running punctual appointments and are able to serve all clients in a timely manner throughout the day. :)
CANCELLATION + RESCHEDULING REQUESTS
For any rescheduling or cancellations that occur within 48 hours of the appointment time you will be charged 75% of the total service cost. If it is a color service that has a variable price, you will be charged 75% of the highest estimate estimated price. If you have an appointment held with a deposit and you request to be rescheduled, you may forfeit the deposit. Rescheduling requests are at the discretion of the stylist and are not guaranteed.
NEW CLIENT COLOR APPOINTMENTS
In order to best prepare for our new client color appointments, we are requiring a minimum $100.00 deposit and an in person consultation before your appointment will be booked. This deposit is paid toward the estimated price of the color service. Your appointment will be subject to the cancellation and rescheduling policy as listed above.
Rescheduling new client appointments will be left up to the discretion of the stylist and is not a guarantee and may result in forfeit of the deposit.
ADJUSTMENTS ON HAIRCUTS AND COLORS
Adjustments to hair cuts will be made free of charge if notified within 3 days of service. This includes but is not limited to: Uneven or imbalanced areas, Areas that need more blending, or other technical issues.
Color adjustments will be made free of charge if notified within 3 days of service. Color adjustments will be made for the following circumstances: to correct uneven color, missed spots, or foil bleed marks. Color adjustment is intended for small changes to your original color service and not for an overall change. If you are obligated to change your hair color back to a natural color after receiving a vivid service due to school or work, it is not considered an adjustment and will require a new appointment.
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
All stylists have the right to refuse service to any client that has compromised the safety of the salon and/or the ability to preform the service to completion.
